Please note that the following services are uninsured by OHIP and a fee will be charged.

Sinus X-Rays: X008 – $50.00

High Risk Bone Densitometry (within 1 year of last exam): X155 – $140.00

Consultation Reports for:

Chiropractic Exams: A335 – $20.00 for 1 image $30.00 for 2 images

All services listed must be paid in cash at time of service. You will be asked to sign a consent form should you still wish to have the service.
